Interdesign is an international award-winning firm dedicated to architecture, urban design, planning, and engineering. It is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico and works on projects in the Caribbean, United States, and South America. Its principals have worked on large-scale planning and urban design projects which include the design of transportation, public spaces, housing, commercial, and tourism facilities.
Interdesign works for both private and public sector clients that seek full Architectural/Engineering services for their projects - from initial site selection and feasibility studies up to master plans and final construction documents. In addition to the comprehensive planning and design services, Interdesign also performs value engineering, construction supervision and post-occupancy services for clients.

Fernando Rojas
Architect & Development Consultant with over 31 years of international experience leading public and private urban development projects across the United States, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and South America. Began career in New York City, contributing to large-scale public infrastructure and civic projects, including transportation systems (transit and airports), public schools, and urban design initiatives.
Founded Interdesign Architects 23 years ago, establishing a multidisciplinary practice focused on commercial, mixed-use, and urban development projects. Through Interdesign, has led and advised on projects throughout Puerto Rico and international markets, providing expertise in planning, design coordination, entitlement strategy, and project execution. Brings a strong ability to bridge architectural vision with development feasibility, delivering context-driven, value-oriented solutions.
